1. Team members and Supervisors : must trust in the organization and its leaders that they will be put into situations that aligned with the culture of Happy Siesta. Our frontline should trust that their supervisor will provide them with guidance, tools, and avenues of success. Team members and leaders should have a trusting relationship where feedback, respect, and honesty are welcome. Supervisors must trust that the people they have in place will follow through on their job.
2. Co-Workers : You must trust each other and have confidence that your co-workers will follow the values and embrace the culture of Happy Siesta.
3. Resident and Families : Our residents and families entrust our organization to provide the care they are in need of. It is our responsibility to build their trust and relationship with the people we serve through accurate, responsive, and honest care.

Teamwork: Every department, everyshift, and every level of Happy Siesta works together for the betterment of ourresidents and the organization. True teamwork requires people who are willingto focus on tasks and goals as a group. All team members should feelcomfortable asking for other’s assistance and all should be willing to give itwhen asked.

Leadership: Every team member atevery level must embrace a leadership role. Leadership ensures that our valuesare communicated, embraced, and modeled by our people. Our culture shouldembrace education, feedback and guidance.

Service: We exist to add value toour residents’ lives. Our culture should embody compassion, empathy andresponsiveness. Our responsibility to the people we care for extends beyondprocedures and policies and tasks. Safety: Resident and staff safetyare paramount. Leadership must provide the proper systems, policies and supportto ensure our residents are cared for in a safe manner. Our team members mustbe committed to following the systems and policies to ensure they have doneeverything in their power to ensure safety.
